Welcome to Mid-Magnolia Porch Decorating. By purchasing our services, booking a consultation, or using our website, you agree to the following terms.

Services

Mid-Magnolia provides seasonal porch decorating and styling services, including but not limited to:

  • Seasonal porch styling

  • Pumpkin porch installations

  • Holiday decorating

  • Porch consultations

  • Decorative installations

All designs are customized based on your home, space, and seasonal availability of materials.

Consultations

Consultation fees are non-refundable. If you move forward with booking a decorating service, the consultation fee may be applied toward your service total.

Payments

Full payment or deposit may be required to secure installation dates. Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received.

Prices may vary depending on materials, design complexity, and installation time.

Cancellations and Refunds

Refunds are only available during the pre-order period.

Once the pre-order period closes and materials have been ordered or designs scheduled, no refunds will be issued.

Pumpkin packages and all perishable items are final sale.

Access to Property

Clients are responsible for ensuring clear and safe access to the installation area.

If installation cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Locked gates

  • Animals on property

  • Obstructed porch access

A rescheduling fee may apply, and the original visit will not be refunded.

Design Discretion

All designs are created at the discretion of Mid-Magnolia. While client preferences will be considered, exact materials and design elements may vary depending on availability.
