Refund & Cancellation Policy
Mid-Magnolia Porch Decorating
At Mid-Magnolia, every porch installation is carefully planned and prepared in advance. Materials, seasonal décor, and scheduling are reserved specifically for each client. Because of this, we maintain the following refund and cancellation policy.
Pre-Order Cancellations
Cancellations are eligible for a full refund only during the pre-order period.
Once the pre-order period has closed, all bookings are considered final and non-refundable. Materials, décor items, and scheduling have already been secured specifically for your installation.
Seasonal Packages & Perishable Items
All seasonal packages and perishable décor items are final sale.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Pumpkins
-
Mums
-
Live plants
-
Corn stalks
-
Any other live or perishable seasonal décor
Once these items are purchased, prepared, or delivered, they are non-refundable.
Consultations
All design consultations are non-refundable.
If a client proceeds with a full porch installation, the consultation fee may be applied toward the total project cost as outlined in the consultation agreement.
Delivery & Installation Access
Clients are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and clear access to the property.
If installation cannot be completed due to client error, including but not limited to:

Incorrect address provided

Inaccessible porch or gate
-
Pets preventing access
-
No entry access where required
The appointment will be considered a missed installation ("no-show").
In these cases:

No refund will be issued for the original installation attempt

A rescheduling fee will be required before a new installation date can be scheduled.
Weather & Scheduling
In the event of severe weather or unsafe installation conditions, Mid-Magnolia reserves the right to reschedule the installation to the next available safe date.
Agreement
By booking a service with Mid-Magnolia Porch Decorating, clients acknowledge and agree to this refund and cancellation policy.
